ABOUT ME & WHY I LOVE MY THERMOMIX

I'm a farming wife, a foodie, a photographer and new Mumma to little Bailey.  During a lengthy fertility journey, while running a business, working part time and helping navigate a growing farm our meals became really basic and lacked the nutrition we needed. I'm talking packet pasta and sausages 3-4 times a week, late at night. A friend recommended a Thermomix and I laughed! But, she lent me her TM31 to see if it helped. And it did! The only thing that stumped me was that it wasn't as simply as I'd heard. Then I found the TM6, yep skipped the TM5. It was on my bench two days later and our lives were instantly changed.

Our meals became nutritious again. I found recipes that were ready in barely anytime or ones I could set and forget. But it also saved us money! Our grocery bills reduced from $200-$300 to $150ish a fortnight (remember only two mouths to feed). It's true test came last year when we found out we were expecting. My appetite was crud, I couldn't stomach the smell of food and my husband - who wasn't a great cook - still successfully cooked us dinner every night.

If I could go back to the first time I heard of Thermomix, I would tell 20 year old me "do it. 30 year old you doesn't regret it."
